Axios acquired Charlotte Agenda for nearly $5 million in Dec 2019.
In 2022, Axios acquired by COX Enterprises for $525 million, for local media business playing a key role
DigitizeAI acquired by Waystar
Financials not disclosed. Waystar was on an acquisition streak in 2018-2019 with 4 total acquisitions during a short time frame. Waystar was sold by Bain Capital in July 2019. shortly after the DigitizeAI acquisition.
MapAnything acquired by Salesforce.
Financials not disclosed. But, according to one source the acquisition was for $225 million for an enterprise value of about $261 million.
